GRIFFIN, Ga. -- An early morning wreck involving two tractor trailers has northbound I-7 closed just north of Highway 16, exit 205.

The wreck, which also involved a truck fire, happened just after 3 a.m.

Georgia Department of Public Safety spokesman Gordy Wright said one tractor trailer changed lanes and was hit from behind by the other tractor trailer.

A person on one of the trucks complained of neck and back pain after the wreck. The severity of that person's injuries is not known.

As of 7:45 a.m., one left lane of the highway has reopened, according to Georgia State Patrol. There was no immediate word on when the rest of the road would reopen.
