CANTON, Ga. -- A pedestrian was hit by a car and killed in Canton Thursday morning.
The unidentified person was hit shortly before 7 a.m. on East Cherokee Drive near Berry Patch Road.
Georgia Department of Public Safety spokesperson Gordy Wright said the accident was fatal, but did not immediately have any additional information.
