SMYRNA, Ga. -- One person has died after a shooting at a Cobb County Zaxby's restaurant.
The incident happened at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at 2501 South Cobb Drive in Smyrna.
The victim was identified Thursday as 29-year-old Jarvis McNabb. He was taken to WellStar Kennestone Hospital, but was dead upon arriving.
Witnesses saw one man run from the scene and two others drive away in a red compact car, according to Cobb County Police Sgt. Dana Pierce.
It's not the first time this restaurant has been hit by crime. One witness said the Zaxby's has been robbed at gunpoint at least two times.
