Billboard could help solve East Atlanta murder

33-year-old Patrick Cotrona was shot and killed while walking with two friends in East Atlanta Village.

ATLANTA -- Eight months ago, Patrick Cotrona was shot to death during a robbery in East Atlanta Village.

His murder has never been solved, but Atlanta police hope a new billboard changes that.

The police department and Cotrona's family came together to create the Decatur billboard. It contains information about the case, including police sketches of the two suspects.

The men who killed Cotrona are also suspects in several robberies in the area last year.

Cotrona's billboard will be unveiled Thursday.
