Cobb County Jail records show the Duluth resident is charged with rape and sexual assault by a corrections or disability services employee. The records do not indicate whether he has an attorney.
Authorities say Eaddy is accused of attacking women on Sept. 10 and 17 in a storage room at The Circle in Austell, which provides mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability treatment to residents of Cobb and Douglas counties. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said the case involves three women with disabilities.
Eaddy was arrested in Gwinnett County in 2008 for posing as a Georgia State Patrol officer.
