Brake lights as far as the eye can see.
ATLANTA -- Anyone who drives in Metro Atlanta could probably suggest a challenging section of road that's lousy with rush hour traffic.
For the past few weeks, 11Alive's Commuter Dude has been asking you which portions of your drive to (or from) work, you hate the most.
Dude will begin showcasing the five areas that came up most often. In some cases, he will try to offer alternate routes. In others, you may be advised to simply grin (or scowl) and bear it.
Either way, you will undoubtedly relate to the drivers in these stories who are sick to death of staring at the rear bumper of the vehicle in front of them.
Day 1: I-85 South at the Highway 316 Merge, in Gwinnett County. Yikes!
Day 2: Holcomb Bridge Road: The most heavily traveled arterial in Metro Atlanta.
Day 3: Fender benders are the most likely cause of traffic jams on the Downtown Connector.
Day 4: I-75 coming in from the South side. Drivers say your prayers.
