Woods was wanted in connection with Rose's Jan. 28 death. The 22-year-old Canton man was shot while answering the door at a friend's condo.
The first suspect, 22-year-old Jerad Owens, was arrested Jan. 31 and has been in the Fulton County Jail ever since.

Gordon said U.S. Marshals tracked Woods, 22, into another state. The suspect then returned to Georgia when investigators began closing in on him. Marshals finally found Woods in hiding at a DeKalb house.
"The Alpharetta Department of Public Safety and I personally are grateful for the invaluable assistance given to us in this case," Gordon said in a statement. "I commend the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Squad for their work in bringing a dangerous suspect into custody."
Woods has been charged with murder, aggravated assault, burglary, armed robbery and firearm possession, according to jail records.
