Ponce de Leon Avenue reopens after being blocked by fallen tree

ATLANTA -- Ponce de Leon Avenue in DeKalb County has reopened after being closed much of the morning on Thursday by a fallen tree.

The tree fell near the intersection of Clifton Road shortly after 1:30 a.m.
