Dad accused in fatal DUI crash to be arraigned

STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. -- A father indicted in a crash that killed his teenage daughter will be arraigned Thursday.

Prosecutors said Anthony Johnson was driving under the influence and had his three children in the car when he crashed on Highway 78 near the Stone Mountain Park entrance last year.

His 15-year-old daughter Corliss was killed in the crash.

Johnson faces 12 counts, including vehicular homicide and DUI.
