2 trapped in overturned car on I-75

MCDONOUGH, Ga. -- Northbound I-75 in Henry County has reopened after an accident left two people trapped in their car Thursday morning.

The accident happened south of Highway 155 in McDonough.

Henry County dispatchers said the two people were stuck inside an overturned car and were taken to the hospital by Life Flight. Their names and conditions were not released.

All lanes of I-75 were blocked for more than an hour as crews investigated the crash.
