DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- An empty DeKalb County school caught fire Thursday morning.
Fire crews responded to the former Hooper Alexander Elementary School on Memorial Drive shortly before 3 a.m.
A security guard on the scene said the school was decommissioned five years ago.
There were no immediate reports of any injuries in the fire. Its cause is under investigation.
